Soy Teresa Niub\u00f3<\/a><\/strong> y me apasiona aprender, mirar al futuro, seguir las nuevas tendencias y buscar c\u00f3mo implementarlas de una forma fresca y creativa. Me gusta impulsar proyectos, conectar con las personas y facilitar el cambio. Todo ello lo asocio con la idea de innovar. Para m\u00ed significa explorar, ser pionera, tener el coraje de ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y atreverme a hacer las cosas de forma diferente para hacerlas mejor.<\/p>\n

Mi vocaci\u00f3n innovadora me llev\u00f3 a explorar las metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles<\/span> y el design thinking<\/span>. Me fascin\u00f3 la idea de centrarnos en las personas utilizando la empat\u00eda para definir los problemas que queremos abordar y, de una manera \u00e1gil e iterativa, idear muchas soluciones posibles, prototipar una propuesta de soluci\u00f3n y testearla.<\/p>\n

A lo largo de mi trayectoria profesional siempre he estado ligada a compa\u00f1\u00edas internacionales muy innovadoras al lado de personas referentes.<\/p>\n

Empec\u00e9 en Digital Equipment Corporation<\/strong>, una empresa tecnol\u00f3gica puntera. Viv\u00ed distintos momentos de crecimiento de negocio, fusiones y muchos cambios. Aprend\u00ed buenas pr\u00e1cticas de Recursos Humanos y empec\u00e9 a nutrirme de la innovaci\u00f3n y a darme cuenta de las posibilidades de la tecnolog\u00eda en la gesti\u00f3n del talento.<\/p>\n

Posteriormente, tuve la oportunidad de trabajar en General Electric,<\/strong> una gran compa\u00f1\u00eda con un m\u00e9todo de trabajo muy robusto en la que pude contribuir a mejorar la calidad de los procesos de negocio a trav\u00e9s de la metodolog\u00eda Six Sigma.<\/p>\n

La siguiente etapa de mi carrera, en Sara Lee<\/strong>, me situ\u00f3 en una empresa de gran consumo, muy din\u00e1mica, innovadora y cercana al cliente. Pude impulsar iniciativas innovadoras en la gesti\u00f3n del talento y llevar adelante cambios organizativos de alto impacto.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s me incorpor\u00e9 a Affinity Petcare<\/strong>. Esta nueva oportunidad represent\u00f3 para m\u00ed formar parte de un proceso de amplia expansi\u00f3n internacional. Mi papel fue liderar la transformaci\u00f3n cultural, empoderar a los equipos, crear una marca de talento y dotar a la compa\u00f1\u00eda de las capacidades necesarias para afrontar los retos de negocio. Tuve la suerte de estar rodeada de personas inspiradoras. Juntos creamos una cultura de empresa estimulante y disfrutamos llevando a cabo proyectos retadores y disruptivos en una compa\u00f1\u00eda en pleno crecimiento.<\/p>\n

Desde hace varios a\u00f1os publico el blog \u201cInnovaci\u00f3n y Talento en la era Digital\u201d<\/strong><\/a>. Con \u00e9l quiero reflexionar sobre mis aprendizajes y crear una comunidad de personas con las mismas inquietudes profesionales para compartir ideas innovadoras y buenas pr\u00e1cticas en la transformaci\u00f3n de las organizaciones.<\/p>\n

Otra de mis facetas profesionales tiene que ver con el \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico. Me encanta dar clases, interactuar con los estudiantes y formar parte del claustro de profesores en la Universidad de Barcelona, \u200b\u200bISDI e IESE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n siento la necesidad de contribuir a la presencia y el reconocimiento de las mujeres en la empresa y por eso pertenezco a EjeCon<\/strong> y WeRock Capital<\/strong>, donde promuevo el empoderamiento de las mujeres como ejecutivas y miembros de los consejos de direcci\u00f3n, y la existencia de mujeres en el ecosistema de start-ups.<\/p>\n

\nHow did bloom mood came about??<\/strong><\/h3>\n

En 2022 mi inquietud y mis ansias de aprender me llevaron a San Francisco y Palo Alto para formarme en la Universidad de Stanford<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All\u00ed estuve en contacto con profesionales de referencia y pude profundizar en el conocimiento de algunos de los temas clave para hacer avanzar a las organizaciones: design thinking, customer & employee experience,<\/i> futuro del trabajo y transformaci\u00f3n cultural de las organizaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"\"bloom mood<\/span><\/strong> surge de esa experiencia en California con el prop\u00f3sito de ayudar a las empresas a afrontar los retos de negocio utilizando la empat\u00eda, co-creando posibles soluciones, favoreciendo la implicaci\u00f3n de los empleados y reforzando la oferta de valor a los clientes<\/strong>. Para ello, adem\u00e1s de la experiencia que he adquirido durante mi trayectoria profesional, cuento con una red de colaboradores expertos en diferentes especialidades.<\/p>\n

El nombre bloom mood<\/span><\/strong> tiene un porqu\u00e9\u2026 bloom <\/i><\/strong>se refiere a prosperar, crecer, avanzar, brillar, renovarse, florecer, desarrollarse\u2026, y mood <\/i><\/strong>implica una forma de ser, una actitud, un estado de \u00e1nimo. Los dos t\u00e9rminos unidos representan el enfoque desde el que me gusta colaborar y co-crear con las compa\u00f1\u00edas para ayudarlas a acelerar su crecimiento.<\/p>\n

You are probably wondering who is behind bloom mood<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m Teresa Niub\u00f3<\/a><\/strong> and I love learning, thinking about the future, following new trends and figuring out how to apply them in a fresh, creative way. I enjoy launching new projects, connecting with people and enabling change. This is how I view innovation. For me, it is exploring, being a pioneer and having the courage to go the extra mile and daring to do things differently to achieve a better outcome.<\/p>\n

This forward-thinking attitude brought me to design thinking<\/span>. I\u2019m fascinated by the idea of focusing on people and using an empathy-based approach to define the challenges that need to be solved. I then enjoy using an agile, iterative methodology that focuses on ideating, prototyping and testing to get the best outcome possible.<\/p>\n

I started out in Digital Equipment Corporation<\/strong>, a cutting-edge technology firm. I was with them during a period of incredible growth, both organic and through mergers, and countless changes. Right from the beginning I learned best in class HR practices, and I started to realise the importance of innovation and the use of technology in talent management.<\/p>\n

My next role was in General Electric<\/strong>, an amazing company with a well-known way of working, where I was able to improve the quality of many processes using Six Sigma methodology.<\/p>\n

I then moved to Sara Lee<\/strong>, an FMCG company that focuses on a dynamic, innovative and close relationship with their customers. I managed forward-thinking initiatives to improve talent management and drove a variety of high-impact organisational changes.<\/p>\n

Later, I joined Affinity Petcare<\/strong> during a period of exciting international expansion. I led the cultural transformation of the firm, empowered teams, created a talent brand and built up the required capabilities within the organisation to deal with the new business environment. I was fortunate to be surrounded by inspiring people with whom I created a stimulating company culture. We enjoyed completing challenging and ground-breaking projects in a company that was growing incredibly quickly.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been publishing my blog \u201cInnovation and Talent in the Digital Era\u201d <\/strong><\/a>\u00a0for a few years where I talk about my experiences and what I have learned over my career. I have created a community of like-minded professionals who want to share innovative ideas and best practices for organisational transformation.<\/p>\n

Teaching is another of my passions, and I am part of the faculty at the University of Barcelona, ISDI and IESE<\/strong>. I enjoy giving lectures, interacting with students and sharing the experience and knowledge I have gained.<\/p>\n

Empowering women, increasing their presence and improving the recognition of their talent and contributions in the professional world are all things I care deeply about. I am a part of EjeCon and WeRock Capital<\/strong>, where we support women in executive and board of director roles and promote the presence of female entrepreneurs in the world of start-ups.<\/p>\n

In 2022 I went to Palo Alto and San Francisco to study at Stanford University<\/strong>, fulfilling a dream to study at the heart of one of the most innovative places in the world.<\/p>\n

I learned from some of the best professionals in their fields and had the chance to deep dive into some of the most important topics to help organisations grow: design thinking, customer & employee experience<\/em>, future of work and the cultural transformation of organisations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

bloom mood<\/strong><\/span> grew from that experience in California with the aspiration to help companies face challenges with empathy, co-creating solutions, getting employee buy-in and strengthening the client value proposition<\/strong>. In order to achieve this, I use my knowledge and experience and also a wide network of experts in a variety of areas.<\/p>\n

I chose the name bloom mood<\/strong> with a very specific idea in mind\u2026 bloom<\/strong> in the sense of growing, advancing, renewing, developing\u2026 and mood<\/strong> to define our attitude, our way of being and our state of mind. Bringing these two terms together showcases the way I enjoy working and the approach I like to use when I collaborate and co-create with companies to help them grow and achieve their full potential.<\/p>\n
